All online orders are shipped free of cost with standard post-delivery across New Zealand through New Zealand Post. If your order is placed successfully by 12 pm (NZST) on a business day, it will be shipped that day and should arrive in three to seven working days.  

You should ensure that you have entered the correct delivery address and contact details while placing the order. Telsim and its partners will not be held responsible for items that are shipped to an address that was entered incorrectly while placing the order. Kindly review and confirm your address in the review section of the website while placing the order. If you need to make changes to the address after the order is finalised, please contact Telsim customer care. If your order was already dispatched, you may be charged an additional fee for redirecting the order.
