- 3G network shutdowns: All roaming partners in Australia, USA, Singapore, and Taiwan are shutting down 3G networks.
– Make sure your device supports VoLTE roaming and has the latest OS update. - India roaming restrictions: Services are not available in Jammu & Kashmir due to local regulations.
- Venezuela: Only calls and TXTs are supported; data is not available due to potential sanctions.
- Coverage may vary within each destination. A 4G/5G compatible device is required for full roaming functionality.
Terms and Conditions
Telsim’s Daily Roaming is available on all mobile plans when travelling to selected international destinations. For a daily fee per device, you can use your plan’s data, calls and texts. The charge only applies on days you use your phone abroad. GST is included, standard plan charges apply, and different rates apply if you’re outside a Daily Roaming destination. What is the Telsim daily Roaming Add-On?

When will Roaming Charges begin?
You’ll only be charged once you actively opt in and purchase the roaming add-on—either through the Telsim app or website.
How will I be charged?
If you’re on an Upfront plan, the daily roaming charge will be applied immediately upon activation of the add-on.
Is 5G Roaming available?
Access to 5G while roaming depends on the country you’re visiting and the local network availability. Please refer to the country list above to see which networks (4G/5G) are supported.
Is there a Data Limit while Roaming?
Your standard plan inclusions apply during roaming. There is no separate data cap, but your usage will be limited to what your mobile plan offers.
Why isn’t my device connecting to a roaming network?
- Check if you have enabled roaming in your device’s settings.
- Restart your phone to reconnect to our network.
- If you are still not able to connect any network, choose the network provider manually.
