We expect all users to communicate respectfully. Offensive or inappropriate language or behaviour towards any individual, including Telsim employees and other users, will not be tolerated. Violations may result in the removal of posts and/or blocking the user.

Prohibited Content

Do not post or share content that is illegal, indecent, defamatory, misleading, or deceptive. All information shared should be truthful and accurate. If in doubt, verify the source and facts before posting. 

Customer Privacy

Customer privacy is a top priority for Telsim. Any personal customer information must not be discussed online under any circumstances. Telsim employees are prohibited from contacting customers for personal reasons or soliciting outside of business matters. 

Monitoring and Copyright Compliance

Telsim actively monitors all social media posts related to our corporate accounts. Users and employees are required to adhere to proper copyright and reference laws when posting content. The company reserves the right to edit or remove any misleading, inaccurate, or non-compliant content.

IT Security

To protect the integrity of our social media accounts and ensure online safety, we encourage the use of security applications and encryption for communication where available. If you encounter suspicious content or a potentially unsafe social media page, close your browser and refrain from returning to that page. 

Constructive Feedback

We welcome constructive feedback from customers and users regarding their experiences with Telsim. Please express concerns or suggestions in a positive and constructive manner, ensuring productive dialogue. 

Telsim reserves the right to modify or delete any posts that violate these guidelines and may take further action if necessary. Thank you for contributing to a safe, respectful, and secure online environment.
